EXPECTATIONS/RULES:
1. Please be on time!
2. Must suit out every day in order to gain full credit.
1st No Dress = free pass
2nd No Dress = 70
3rd No Dress = 50
4th and beyond = 0
*Pattern of not suiting out will result in schedule change
3. No cell phones/IPODS in the weight room. (track or field only)
4. Participate in all warm up, conditioning and lifting activities.
5. Must have a 3 prong notebook to write all daily workouts and complete daily journals
6. Take care of and be responsible for equipment. Respect the property of others.
7. Treat teacher and classmates with respect. Work with everyone in a positive way.
8. No horseplay will be allowed. SAFETY FIRST.
9. All school rules will be followed.
10. No food, soft drinks or energy drinks are allowed. (Water bottle or sports drink only)
DRESS CODE:
Students must dress in athletic shorts, shoes and shirt. No muscle shirts, pajamas or warm ups over jeans. Doctor, school nurse or parent’s note will excuse non participation. Warm ups and sweat tops are recommended in the winter time. Warmer weather I recommend a hat, sunglasses, sun screen and towel. Bring personal toiletries such as deodorant, cream, and soap.
